Can I bring my own dedicated device to your facilities?

Yes, it's possible. Please contact support through a support ticket and provide detailed information about your device.

How quickly are hardware customizations or other services performed on the servers?

You can order urgent maintenance work at any time according to our service pricing, and we'll charge an hourly rate. Otherwise, customizations are carried out according to the regular 'reserved time' pricing.

Can I get additional IPv4 addresses for the servers?

Yes, please inquire about the pricing through a support ticket. Be sure to mention how many addresses you need.

Do the servers come with IPv6 addresses?
