In this guide i will explain how you can create an support ticket.
1. First of all you have to be registered to our website.
2. When you are logged in to our page, you can see a button on top left corner that says "Open ticket".
3. Then you have to choose what kind of problem we are dealing with, so we know better what to do.
4.Then you have to write the subject of your problem, also choose the priority. Then write your problem as clearly as possible in the text box. At the bottom of the page you can include attachments such as screen captures.
5. To submit your ticket scroll down and press "Submit"
