All products include free support, which covers support for the introduction of the product (Except for the customer's own devices). basic support, we also solve problems related that depend on us. However, free support does not cover situations where, for example, we repair software installed by the customer themself. Such installation work is invoiced separately and you can find their price lists here.

Server installations
Installation pricing always depends on how big the server is. Please remember to get rails for your server, because without them it is difficult to install the server in the cabinet. If your server does not have an IPMI port suitable for our system, it is not possible to connect the server to remote management. If the server cannot be connected to remote management, you cannot remotely manage your server hardware. In this case, you should, if you wish, use the pricing according to our service price list, for example. when reinstalling the operating system.
Orders for physical installations In all installation work, the price is always based on the order price and the labor price. For each physical installation, we always charge the order price for an acute or scheduled installation. On top of this, either hourly pricing or a fixed price is added, depending on the service.
